Ronda is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She has been practicing in this area since graduating with her MSN from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis in 2014.

     She has worked in community mental health and acute care settings. Ronda graduated with her BSN from Indiana University Kokomo 2005. After graduation she spent 6 years on the cardiovascular critical care unit at Methodist hospital in Indianapolis.

     Prior to nursing school she worked at the Marion VA which serves veterans with mental illness and/or substance use disorder. It was there that her passion for working with people who struggle with their mental health was born.

     Since working in a community mental health care center, she has realized the great need for accessible and affordable care.
